Not Just Pets in Frome will be celebrating National Pet Month on Saturday 13th April with one of their fabulous annual Open Days. National Pet Month is back, and it is looking to be even better than ever.

On the Saturday event in Frome there will be a mix of fun and education and lots of fundraising, which will include:

• The Cats Protection Ladies and their fabulous stall of goodies
• Meet Boo, the European Eagle Owl
• Snake Handling
• Small Animal Handling
• A Charity Head Shave – Elliot has been growing his hair this year and will be having it all shaved off on the day. He is being sponsored and asking for donations and will be donating half the proceeds to Alopecia UK (a charity close to his heart) and half to Leash of Life, local animal charity and rescue
• Cake sale!
• Professional Photographer Willow Vale Studios – have a portrait with Boo the Owl or your own pet
• A Huge Raffle
• Face Painting
• A lookalike photo competition to win a large bag of dog food
• 25% off fish tank promotion
• Dog Food Presentation
• Animal training demonstration from FromeK9
• Staff in Fancy Dress
• Educational info on all your favourite pets

Get on down to Not Just Pets Frome on Sat 13th April to join the fun and promote National Pet Month. 

In previous years Not Just Pets have raised lots of money for animal charities, whilst promoting responsible pet ownership and having fun on the day.

Just like National Pet Month, Not Just Pets love to shout about the rewards and benefits of owning a pet whilst encouraging responsibility, increasing awareness of pet care specialists, and promoting the value of assistance and companion animals.
